Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the sleek look. Have had the ceiling fan for a month. Am very happy. My husband installed by himself in less than an hour. He's pretty handy tho. airflow is good. Light dims just fine. The only issue, and this is very minor, is that the quality of the light is strobe-like. Not very noticeable. We are probably going to buy another one for our bedroom. We like it that much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service I bought 4 fans for our bedrooms. One makes a loud humming noise and turns on and off but the company won't help fix or replace the fan. A second fan seems to lose contact between the remote control and fan. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. All in all a total waste of time and money on the clarity fans.

A previous question was asked about the hanging Dimension. I think it was mentioned nine and a half inches from the ceiling. Is that  the very lowest part of the light and fan? Thank you

the whole unit hangs 9.5 inches from the ceiling. We have 9' ceilings and it hangs nicely.
