What is the seat height from the floor with and with out the cushion? Is the cushion removeable?

This item comes in a bar height – Seat height 30-Inches with cushion, 27-Inches without cushion. Counter Stool – Seat height 24-Inches with cushion, 21-Inches without cushion. Cushion removable.
