can I order these for use in the UK? Will they need any adapting? How much extra do you charge for delivery

The Bellacor, Millennium Pewter wall sconce should work for you.  My sister used her US table lamps when she was stationed in Europe -- but she had to purchase different, European, light bulbs. I ordered these "transitional" sconces for the entry hall of a client whose 1870 frame house was being updated.  The entry-salon-dinning room were kept in a period manner, the kitchen was open-concept modern.  The frame house had been built to shelter an Episcopalian (Anglican) rector, following the US Civil War.  The congregation ultimately built itself a wonderful Romanesque Church and Rectory.
