Wonderful addition to our home!
We had this installed the week of christmas, It was an addition to our home alone with the sparkle of the christmas lights. Our neighbor is now looking at the site for purchase of his home.

Nice style, but still on the fence
I bought this exterior hanging lantern for our front entryway. We have a colonial style house with a front portico. The lantern is traditional and classic looking and fits well with our the style of our home. However, the metal quality could be better. My husband installed it and said that metal was fairly thin and the one screw didn't fit as well as it should and he replaced it. The seeded glass is where I am on the fence. I like the look of seeded glass, but for some reason the seeded glass on this lantern makes the lantern look spotty. From a distance it looks okay, but up close it looks like it needs cleaned. I don't think the glass is actually seeded enough. Replacing the glass is a fairly easy project, but am debating on finding another similar looking lantern with clear glass. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent.
