Is the light bulb included?  If not, what kind and how many do we buy?

This is an integrated LED, therefore there are “lightbulbs”. This item does come with a 5 year electrical warranty.

Can bathroom vanity fixture PCGA8524 be hardwired as I am not sure what you mean by 6" chord length? I have seen the comparison chart; however, do you think this will be enough light for a smaller master bathroom. Please answer both questions. Thank u.

Yes, this fixture has to be hardwired. A 6" wire comes with this fixture for the wiring purpose. And the room size is matters while considering the Lumens. Bathrooms required 75 Lumens per square foot. Just multiply the square feet of the room by 75 to get the total number of Lumens required for your bathroom.
