Can shades be added to this chandelier?

Only if you have the type of bulb that a shade would fit directly onto the bulb itself. There is no bracket that would hold a shade.

Anyone know where to find the lightbulbs for this?

The item does not ship with a light bulb. It takes six, Incandescent/LED, E12 Bulb base up to 60 watt light bulbs. The Recommended Bulb Shape- T6.

Will this work on a sloped ceiling

The Chain can be used to slope it. The canopy of flat and there is no swivel.
