The dimensions listed on the website are when the mailbox is closed. Even when closed, it doesn't measure 9 inches. I mistakenly assumed the measurements were for the opening size. I ordered the swedish silver with a red flag and a bronze color flag came with it. I would appreciate you sending me a red flag like the one I ordered online.
