Misleading pictures
Although all of the pictures show the mailbox on a post, the post is not included and cosst more than the mailbox. Very deceptive! When I asked about this I was told "the pictures are provided by the manufacturer".

This arrived without a post? What!
I bought this recently and it just came in, without an actual post. It was showing with one and I would assume it would come with one, does anybody know anything about this? There’s nothing on back order either. The company is currently closed and I cannot get a hold of them. Thank you!

Great, high quality mailbox
The mailbox is exactly as pictured. It is high quality and has great coloring. It was actually better than I expected. Our neighbors have even told us that we have the best looking mailbox in the neighborhood!

Does any of the designs have a lock?
No, but we have a locking insert that will fit the SCF-1003, SCB-1005, SCB-1015 and SCC-1008 models. The part number for that is LB-998. Please reach out to us on 1-877-723-5522, we will help you with your requirement.

What size letters or numbers can the front of the mailbox take?
The size of the solid brass number are 2-3/4 inch height, 1-3/4 inch width and 1/4 inch thickness.
