Is the shade replaceable?  It looks slightly off white, and I would need to buy a white one. Thank you.

This Fixture features a beige shade, a color closer to an off-white. This Pendant does not come with the pure white shade.

What is the total length of this fixture? is it 25.5" from ceiling to end of the fixture?
