If hardwired, can this fixture be turned off via a switch on the fixture?  If so, just on/off or dimmable?

Yes, this fixture can be hard wired and already has a Hi/Lo socket with the switch on the fixture. You can turn off and dim using the switch.

Does this have an on-off switch so it can be controlled from bed when hardwired?
