Spoke to Customer Service and it was replaced within a few days. A great experience. Look forward to ordering more lights for our new house from Bellacor, and perhaps some accessories

the hardware looks silver in some pictures and brass in others.  What color is the actual hardware?

Is this hardwired? Where does the filter go?

Can I replace this bulb to one that matches my other lights? It's too bright

We are unable to change the 14 Watt Integrated LED. Dimmable to 10%, Warms from 3000K to 2200K as it Dims (90 CRI, 1000 Lumens, 50000 Rated Hours).

I have 14" ceilings in the kitchen. I would use these pendents over the counter. How much wire do I need to set these at the correct height. What is the correct height. I would be using 3 lights

This Pendant comes supplied with 15' ft cord for hanging height adjustment. In general, the pendant height can also be measured up from the surface below the light; provide a 30”- to 36”-inch clearance above tables and countertops.
