Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible customer service/don't price match When we first used Bellacor, we had an amazing account rep who was extremely helpful and eager to earn and keep our business. When he left, we have been less than satisfied with every order placed. Bellacor has one of the worst customer service departments we’ve experienced especially for Trade professionals. There is no advantage to using Bellacor and will not be using them in the future. They do not price match even when you provide better pricing online found by homeowners then charge a huge return fee so that it doesn't make sense to return. I recommend ordering from your local supplier or any other online sources that have better customer service. Anyone besides Bellacor. Bellacor doesn’t care about Trade Professionals or client relationships anymore but plenty of our other lighting sources do so no need to continue being frustrated
