Looks great but only worked first two days
Looks great.. Lots of parts to put it together! Heater worked for two days and hasn’t worked since. Waiting on replacement heater to be mailed.. it has already been three weeks and was told in an email would take 3-6 more weeks to get one!

Nice product
As typical, assembly instructions were lacking. 8.5 x11 sheets of paper with mini pictures that make it hard to determine what direction pieces need to go. Upon final assembly is when you determine you chose poorly.

I have several questions: 1-Is this an infrared heater? 2-What square footage can it heat? 3-Is the heat adjustable? 4-Can one have the flames without the heat? Thank you
This fireplace insert is LED and heats up to 400 sq. ft. The heater cannot be adjusted but you can just have the fireplace lit without having the heat on.
