Tabletop came broken in the box
I bought this in September 2020. The product did not take long to ship, but the tabletop was broken upon arrival. All the other parts were intact, so I sent a request for the manufacturer - Convenience Concepts - to send in a replacement tabletop. They responded saying that they were unable to send that replacement part, because it was out of stock. They offered to have me ship the entire table back via Bellacor. That seemed to be a waste of time and money, considering I had opened the box and the parts were out.
I understand times are difficult during COVID-19, but you should not be shipping broken tables to customers. Time and money is tight for people right now, and the last thing we need is for retail companies to abuse that. You won't be getting any more business from me.
