Complete Junk!!!
Adolescent children could have done a better painting job on the frame which has marks, differing colors of silver, it appears as if the frame surface was laid down on some type of stand when the paint was wet.
The frame is not even slightly smooth.
Now I am stuck with a 30-pound piece of trash that will cost me how much to return?! How much to haul to the dump?!
I wouldn’t donate this thing to charity!!!
