Quiet fan, loud annoying beep with remote.
Fan is very quiet. There is a loud and annoying 'beep' every time you turn the light or fan on or off. Wish you could silence that. Also, the light flickers badly, so cannot use that until I get a replacement part installed. I worry about the quality control out of the factory as a result.

It is good enough for what we need in our temp residence.
I like the look & it is quiet. But for the first week it had a knocking sound. As per product info it went away after a while. Don't like the remote control. It hard to tell what Dan speed it is, and response is delayed when you change functions.
