Will this work with an adjustable mattress that raises bith head and feet?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It depends on the adjustable bed. If the adjustable bed has a frame that can't be removed it will not work as the side rails will get in the way. We have an Installation sheet under the resources tab on the product page for your reference.
