Rated 1 out of 5 by DonBoss from Poor design, disappointing manufacturer response. The metal used on this is too flimsy and the screws ripped out through the metal on all of the posts and support brackets causing the gazebo to collapse. The manufacturer would not assist with anything as the warranty is only one year and does not cover wind or storm damage. If you are buying this I would highly recommend modifying all of the screw points to provide more reinforcement, as the manufacturer should have included in the design.
