Is this mountable on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, pullies need to be the opposite angles of the sloped, but it is possible to be on a sloped ceiling.

 1754696  ceiling light looks like it is adjustable.  When you say 70" H:  does that mean you can pull it down so that it is 70" from the ceiling?  What distance is it raised as pictured? Once saw smaller versions hung independent of each other; not now.
