Rated 2 out of 5 by Alyprat from Picture is Not what you will receive These lanterns are really very pretty BUT they do NOT look anything like the photos used on Bellacor's site. When I contacted their Customer Service dept about the lanterns I received compared to the lanterns I ordered, I was told the pictures were definately wrong and that I could return them. I really wanted those lanterns so I started looking and found another company who had this same "aged copper" lantern, they were using the EXACT picture, but their lanterns were about $120 cheaper. I reached back out to Bellacor to let them know that I decided to keep the lanterns because they are indeed pretty, but definately not at all what they are advertising and that I would like to inquire on their price match guarantee. I gave the associate the competitor's website so she could research. I told her of my decision to keep the lanterns, ultimately saving them from having to pay return shipping back to their warehouse (because what I received was definately not what they advertised) and that I would like for them to consider honoring the competitor's pricing. I was told that even though they are all using the same bogus picture they couldn't match the price because it wasn't the same item. Both companies have "rebranded" Quoizell's light with their own name and therefore weren't the same product....she did offer me 10% but said that was all she could do. When I asked for a manager she said no one would authorize the price adjustment, even though the website states they do price match, they find a way around it. Again, I chose to keep the lanterns because they are very pretty, even though they were misrepresented, I can get used to them. This was my first purchase from Bellacor.
