Is this jet black or bronze color

Is the height measurement the actual inches of the pineapple or does it include the chain. I have a space of about 21 inches from ceiling to where I would want the bottom of the light to hang.

This is a very very nice lamp, the top of the Leaves to the bottom of the pendant = 21". It is handing inside our gazebo, we installed it with a dimmer.
