Opened the box and found chip wood.
Sides and inside is cheaply made. Just took it out of the box and set it. There is a chip on the visible side. Also looks like there is a start of a huge chip on the inside. It’s just glued on wood. Very disappointing for the price. Can’t imagine how it’s going to look in a few years. Very disappointing.

I need to frame in medicine cabinets above this before the item arrives. I need the measurement from side to center of sink (which would also be the the center point that the two doors meet).

Unfortunately, we do not have medicine cabinets available for this item only mirrors. The sink measurement will depend on the measurement on the top you have selected but we do have the CUM20WT-R available as well that can fit this vanity. Thank you

Does this vanity have a smooth sanded finish or is the wood at all rough/textured? also, what are the care suggestions for a this teal wood vanity?
This Coventry 72 inch Vanity Only in Natural Teak features smooth sanded finish. Regular cleaning of your teak will help prevent mildew build-up and potential discoloration. A quick wash with mild soap and water and some bleach or vinegar mixed in usually does the trick. Make sure to use a soft plastic brush as metal brushes can scratch and damage the wood's surface.

can this be wall mounted?
No, I would not recommend wall mounting unless you are prepared to add extra bracing to support the vanity. It is solid wood construction so pretty heavy.
