disappointed in quality
The lamp looks nice from across the room, and the light is warm and soft, but the quality of the materials was far lower than I expected based on my Sky Floor Lamps from Brightech. The wood was chipped in some places when I opened the box, and the stickers that label each piece for assembly leave a terrible sticky goop (and trying to remove the goop removed the wood stain). After trying this with one sticker I left the rest on, but seeing "A1", "C2", "C3" etc. on the legs of the lamp really makes it look low quality. Why would the labels not be more easily and cleanly removable?

Lamp style/construction exceeded expactations.
We are really pleased with the lamp - both style and construction are beyond our expectations. The shade was also better constructed than expected - it went together nicely and looks not at all like a flat-pack shade once assembled. The light quality of the supplied 3-way bulb was quite nice; unfortunately the bulb malfunctioned after only about a week of using the lamp. We have used it for about a week with a replacement halogen bulb single output bulb with no issues - hopefully it was just a QC issue with the bulb supplied by the manufacturer and we'll have no further electrical problems. Barring that, it is 5/5 for us.

Fun to build but need a suggestion
Excellent looking lamp on our pine floors, same stain color. Advice on getting lamp shade unit tight to stand. Also an accessory to hold cord straight down one of the legs would be great. Any ideas to do that would be appreciated.

Lovely but for cord
We really like this lamp. It seems well made, was easy to assemble, and casts lovely light. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the photos don’t show that the cord hangs from the light socket down the middle of the legs. This is distracting to the overall look. Designers should have at least provided some type of clips so you could run it along one of the legs.

Cute Lamp
So cute. I love it. It’s a good height so doesn’t look too small or cheap. When it came and I had to build the lampshade I was a little nervous how it would luck but it’s actually great. The cord is also a really nice brown to match the wood. I cheaply taped it to the back of one of the legs to hide it because I didn’t like it hanging in the middle. Scotch tape did the job and you don’t even see it. It’s also a great price point but the free returns is what sold me. I hate shopping online but this was a great find!

Elegant and easy to assemble!
This lamp is exactly how I wanted it! This is my second purchase with Brightech and every time they exceed my expectations with lamps that are easy to assemble, elegant, modern and with a great price point. I would strongly recommend purchasing this lamp, for the living room or the bedroom.

Good lamp, bad light bulb
The lamp arrived as expected and was accurately depicted in the pictures. The only bummer, and reason for the 4 stars, was that the light bulb provided with the lamp burnt out less than 24 hours after we installed it.

The 3-way switch is defective on 2 lamps
Bought the first Eden Floor Lamp more than a year ago. The switch stopped working less than one year later. It was impossible to turn the lamp on, as as the switch was very tight & wouldn't move. Brightech replaced the whole lamp, as they didn't have replacement switches in stock. Upon arrival, the new switch didn't work in the middle position, as the switch was very temperamental. I live with it on either low or high, but it's difficult to get it in the high position of the 3-way bulb.
