The Jacob floor lamp is very sturdy, easy to assemble and nice looking but has two issues which caused me to return it. The lamp hoods, while very adjustable vertically, are not really adjustable side to side, limiting the light direction. Also the bulbs stuck out beyond the hoods, putting the light into my face instead of only on my work area. But if you just want to light up a dark corner or want some generalized lighting, this might work fine for you.

Quick to put together.The base ensures it cannot simply be knocked over.This lamp can be placed in small areas and does not require huge space which makes it a very versatile lamp.I have bought a Brightech floor lamp before and they are both outstanding products.It is a pity though, how the part on top caused the lamp to look like it did not stand straight and only when we tried an alternate way to thread the top piece on , that it went on straight.A delightful looking lamp with great bright light .

I was a bit concerned that the light would be unpleasantly bright and I would not be able to use the lamp however,I bought 40 watt globes and angled the light so it is actually perfect.I put it in my home office and it gives the exact light as required and looks really good too.

Very nice sturdy lamp
The lamp is well made and very easy to assemble. I wish it were a bit taller but I did know the height at the time of purchase. I love that the lights work independently of each other. With the included LED bulbs no more getting so hot you could barely turn the light switch off. Wish the lights swiveled a bit more. Shipping took longer than expected in todays 2 day shipping world. The lamp did not ship for a full business week. Overall I love the look, goes great with my decor.

I am so happy that each light has its own switch to turn it on seperately and that you can also turn the individual lights in different directions.I was surprised that there was a watt specification of 40 watts on the shade fixtures but three 60 watt bulbs were sent with the lamp.It definitely lights up the area as needed.

It's nice
It's really cute, takes up little space, and does what I wanted which was to fill my room with light while skipping overhead lighting. I just wish the individual shades had more range in their side to side movement, because sometimes it can be hard to angle them how I want.

Outstanding lamp
Very easy to assemble and its three fully rotating lamp heads each with independent on-off switches make this lamp my most effective space illuminator of all time! It has a small floor footprint so it is never in the way. I am a huge fan!!!
