This Bijou floor lamp exceeded my expectations, in both its brightness and its appearance. There was a bulb included and once you had finished assembling the lamp you could admire the exceptional shade lit up. The shade needs to be assembled carefully as it is light in colour and can get grubby .This lamp is not your ordinary looking floor lamp as the shade is textured and is suitable for varied interiors. The instructions were very precise. Although the screws of the legs were easy to screw in , the legs appeared to be unsteady. This has not posed any issues for me really ,as I have placed the lamp in the area where I intend it to stay. I would urge anyone to purchase this lamp as I have received numerous compliments about mine.

This was an exciting DIY project . I can admire it as I made it myself . The process of building was not complicated but rather time consuming.I spent most time on the construction of the lamp shade as it has alot of detail. The instructions are minimal which makes the process longer. The screws need to be screwed in tightly especially on the legs so as to ensure the legs are firm and steady. Although the hanging cord detracted a bit from the overall look, I loved the fact that the switch was a foot switch. The finished product was awesome and elegant .

The shade ensures the glow of the lamp is a warm light which is gentle on the eyes. As the height of the lamp is in correct proportion to the rest of the lamp, it is extremely steady and cannot be pushed over easily. The shade furthermore has a beautiful woven appearance which is an exact replica of its advert. The construction of the lamp is relatively simple and only a requires a screwdriver to put it together.

Given that the Bijou lamp is so amazing , I ordered two of the same lamp for my new apartment . To assemble it was very simple requiring only a screwdriver to put it together but, it was a lengthy process . The brightness and attractiveness of the lamp has resulted in many compliments.The lamp adds alot of aesthetic value to theroom . I am beyond pleased with the beauty and inexpensive cost of this lamp

The plastic parts even feel like a type of fabric and the cable is covered in such a manner that you do not notice it even the control pedal is hidden. The lamp is easy to clean which is an advantage given its intricate detail. The lamp is an overall outstanding product including the price.This is a great asset as it looks awesome.

Although it took some time to build the lamp , I feel a sense of accomplishment once it was complete. It is a lovely floor lamp which sheds enough light on my reading area.The design is polished and tasteful. My only issue with the lamp is that the cord shows quite a lot.There is a bonus of an included LED bulb.

The Bijou lamp is one of the kind . It is extremely different . It has a brilliant glow of light . I was able to relax while assembling the shade so it was not an issue. I needed to also put thelegs together , which gave the lamp an almost natural, factory look. I adore this lamp! I intend buying another .

As the lamp had several pieces, it was a bit of work to make . The shade had to be put together piece by piece . I was aware it would be a lot of work. The outcome was impressive. As the legs were a bit wobbly when screwed in , I was a bit concerned but , it was not an issue if I did not move it around .
