how long is the rope and chain that comes with this? Max hang length with very high ceilings?

The fixture is 27.50" H x 27” W. The canopy is 5.88" diameter x 1.13" H. It comes included with 78" of leadwire, three 12" rods, and one 6" rod. Using all the rods that come included with the fixture the maximum height is 70.65". You can use all or one of the downrods to obtain the desired length upon installation. You can also order additional 12" rods #520-DOWNROD-ESP (sold separately) if you want to go longer. The rope/chain portion of the fixture is not adjustable.
