Description
This unusual piece shows several dandelions recreated as 3D models, then given the slight transparency of an x-ray. This allows us to see how the parts of the plant overlap, with the heads having particular complexity. There is a curious contradiction in the frozen appearance of the colourless flowers, against the floating seeds which show movement and life. Those with an eye for detail, who appreciate the patterns that nature creates, will see a lot in this image.
