Originally, I was planning two pendants over a 6 ft island, but now we increased the island to 7 ft. Would I need 2 or 3 of these awesome pendants?

My island is slightly under 6 ft. How many pendents would be needed for this space?
This is my favorite light fixture in our house. I would say 2 would be plenty for a 6 foot island. We have ours above our sink and we only have one.

What is the maximum length of the wire and down rod for this fixture?
The Pendant comes with (2) 12" and (1) 6" stems. The height of just the pendant not included the stems is 11 inches. This fixture comes with 120" of wire length.
