Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible experience and defective product upon receipt of the bookcase, every shelf was defective and had black marks on it that were extremely noticeable and would not come off. I contacted Bellacor about replacement of the bookcase/shelves and it's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the replacement pieces - although I'm told they are shipping out soon. When I opened the box, the bolts for assembly were all over the box because the hardware package was ripped open. Overall its been a terrible experience and I'll probably never order from Bellacor again. I asked for a discount for this huge inconvenience and was told I wasn't eligible because the item shipped when it was expected to... I guess the defective product and significant delay addressing those issues do not count...
