Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good The first time I sat on this stool, the cross bar at the bottom broke! My husband had to rig an extra piece of wood to give it more strength. I would have returned it, but the shipping cost makes it not worth it. Besides, we already discarded the box, assuming this was a quality piece of furniture.

What color is espresso?  Picture looks like cherry - it has a reddish hue.  Espresso is brown bordering on black.  ????
