Adds a touch of class to any room.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light is impressive and a showstopper. It changed the whole look and appeal of my living room. It is larger than my previous light but it is not pretentious. It is the new focal point of the room and I get a lot of compliments on my new addition. It uses 4 light bulbs and gives off an amazing soft cozy glow.
The craftmanship and design lets me know that it was made with quality materials. The light is a bit heavy and requires more than one person to install. It took some time to install but the finish product makes it worth the extra time.
I would definitely recommend this light as it brings any room to life.

Beautiful light!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a stunning light fixture! The brushed nickel finish is perfect for today’s decor. It’s quite large, so it would be perfect to brighten up a kitchen or living/family room. It hangs about 10 inches from the ceiling, leaving plenty of clearance. I learned after the fact that it isn’t recommended for bathrooms, which is where I was going to use it. However, it’s so nice that I’m going to put it in a more visible place in my house so it all works out. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Soft lighting that fills the room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This semi-flush mount light provides an understated elegance. We updated the lighting in our entryway and this design is exactly what I was wanting in this space. The contrasting white frosted dome and the matte black frame deliver a soft illumination that fills the room. The light has an impressive 23.25" diameter frosted glass dome and it takes four E26 bulbs which are not included.
Installing the glass and ring was a two person job since the glass is both bulky and heavy. I had my partner holding the glass and ring in place while I screwed in the six connectors.
The instruction sheet was a little confusing to follow and it skips over installing the three arms. Being said, I think anyone should be able to look at the light and figure out how to install the components and have a successful installation. I do want to note an area of trouble we experienced. The directions say to bend the three tabs over the inside of the glass, but when we went to attach the dome/ring to the arms, we found that the tab brackets would not sit flush and align between the arm and ring mounting locations because they were coming in contact with the arms. We rectified this by bending the tabs at a different angle and then taking only the tab brackets up to verify they didn't contact the arms and were flush with the arm mounting section. Once we had everything properly aligned, the remainder of the installation was a breeze. Despite the minor inconvenience with the tabs at installation, I am loving the design of the light and the lighting it provides in my entryway.

Lights up my Entry!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have real tall ceilings, but I needed something for my entry way....the Kichler Black Semi-Flush Mount Light was perfect for that! It was easy to install...did it all on my own. It looks fantastic too! I drops just enough to make a statement, but then also doesn't make the ceiling seem low. The lamination is great, giving off plenty of light, and I'm quite partial to the black. It suits my home perfectly!

Amazing lighting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful large semi flush ceiling fixture has a polished, brushed nickel finish, that will complement your home from ever angle. This light casts a glow all through the room that is very functional. This light gives us a more modern look. The frosted glass dome casts a soft glow, just taking (4) 100× light bulbs that are not included. The curve of the frosted glass just completes my home. I chose to put this light in my hallway and it complimated my hall area.The finish of the frame provides a contrast against the white glass dome creating a amazing look. I recommend everyone to look at this light if you are needing a change of lighting in your home. This light compliments all types of flooring and accessories. To clean just wipe off with a cloth. Comes with a yr warranty .

Beautiful in the Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light fixture is all I was looking for to make my kitchen complete. Our lighting in the kitchen was very minimal. Now it's nice and bright and beautiful. I could not love it more than I do. Luckily I have a handy husband who got it installed easily and quickly. He had it done in no time. It was a very easy install. I highly recommend this light fixture.

Easy install, looks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first install with my husband's guidance. I watched a Youtube video prior to installation and it was very easy and straightforward. I recommend watching a YouTube video if this is your first install. The instructions were all right but it could be better.
You can install this by yourself but it will be easier and faster if you have an extra set of hands to hold the glass. There are NO mounting screws included, I used the one from the ceiling fan bracket that I replaced. The light is great quality; this is my 2nd Kitchler light fixture and I am extremely satisfied.
I deducted a star due to one of the holding brackets on the glass not sitting flush no matter how I bend it. I was still able to install it but I had to adjust the orientation. It used 4 lights it is bright but doesn't hurt your eyes because it's diffused.
I highly recommend!

Beautiful light fixture and art piece
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KIchler 4 light semi-flush fixture far exceeded my expectations in design and appearance. It replaced another semi-flush fixture I had that was half its size and used primarily for functional lighting reasons. This Kichler fixture is not only super functional with its 4 light sockets outputting up to 400 watts, but is a stunning piece to admire. It is all I notice when walking into the room now.
Installation of the light base and arms (which hold the glass shade) is very easy and goes quickly. Inserting the glass shade into the ring is a bit more challenging due to needing to bend the tabs straight up before then bending them over the glass shade to hold it in place, which is not fully obvious from the directions. You also absolutely need a second pair of hands to hold the heavy glass shade up so it can be screwed to the base arms.
All in all, it is a beautiful light fixture to admire, whether on or off.
