It has a wonderful bronze finish, is not flimsy and creates an added eye appeal to your home. One lightbulb is all it takes and depending on the bulb used, you get plenty of light emitting from this fixture Directions were easy to follow and installation was a breeze. You may have to install a backplate as I did. I definitely recommend this product to any homeowner!

I couldn't be happier. I have been updating my home, which I love, to give it a really eye-catching finish. Many upscale homes are being built in my area. I needed lighting fixtures that were substantial and made with great materials. This townhouse light is made so well, with thick metal that looks like it was made by a blacksmith, I installed it myself. The beveled glass is gorgeous, also thick, and is doing a great job of standing up to the elements. I love the way it casts the light at night. The design is beautiful, it is refined and not "over the top" ... it is just right. The right lighting design can really upgrade the exterior of a home, and that is exactly what this fixture has done. The glassed area is tall and elegant, and allows more light out. We have had two derechos recently (like tornadoes) and I was SO pleased with this fixture being on a wall that took the brunt of it, with no damage at all. The finish stayed beautiful. It destroyed our playhouse, but not this light. I am going to purchase more to add to other doors outside. I just couldn't be more pleased.
