I purchased this a month ago and just had it installed a few days ago. It is so beautiful! It can be hung with the chains or rods that come with it. If you are thinking of purchasing this light, do not hesitate, you will love it. I feel for the quality it is a real steal.

I bought this chandelier for our new home and it’s just perfect! One of the lites was a little crooked but nothing terrible. It casts such a beautiful cast on the cieling... it totally transforms the room! Took my husband about an hour to put up...

Gorgeous chandelier!
This is a stunning chandelier! After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned there was a possibility the bar holding the lights was going to be crooked. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, color, and overall look! It has totally transformed my dining room! Don’t hesitate to get this fixture. It’s beautiful.

Beautiful design but poorly constructed.
The fixture I received is constructed unevenly. The angles don't line up properly so the parallel lines look crooked. The piece is rigid and can't be bent to align better. My electrician installed the fixture and brought the defect to my attention. I decided to keep it because I'd have to pay the electrician a second time to re-install a replacement. Be sure to check the fixture carefully BEFORE you have it installed!

56” high is almost 5 feet. Am I reading this wrong, or is this the length parallel to the ceiling? I’m looking for something the approximate length from the ceiling as a track light-how many inches from the ceiling?
The length runs parallel to the ceiling. It works best over a rectangular table. It is really pretty in person, we purchased the smaller square shape for over eat in kitchen area.

Does this item come with the chains as well as shown in one of the review pictures?
Yes! Everything is included, including chains so you can change the length of the chandelier from the ceiling.

Can we mount this on a slope ceiling? I have seen in picture on pinterest that a mounting such as this can be if used with chains. But wanted to be sure.
I was not able to mount this fixture on our sloped ceiling. It was for our beach house and I was not there to see the problem but I know they tried. I would look for another

I can't tell you exactly as it's already hung and I cannot reach but it's roughly 18x5. Hope that helps.

The height says 56 inches. Can that be adjusted to be shorter? If so, what is the minimum hight?
The Millennium Lighting Five-Light Linear Pendant itself measures 20'' H x 40'' W x 12'' D -inch and the suspension downrod options 6", 12" and 18" rods add the maximum hanging height option of 56" -inch. Using the shortest 6" -inch downrod, the hanging height will be approximately 26" -inch.
