Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice build quality I like this Fam I looked at tons of them before selecting this one. We needed matte black for out patio and this was the best looking one. My only complaint and the reason it didn’t get five stars is the pull cords to increase the speed is the chsmpagne color of the other fan. I thought that was so cheap and a design flaw but my build rep Confirmed it was packaged appropriately and so I had to buy 4 black chain knobs so it doesn’t look weird. Still something they should have caught on an item Priced here. other than that I like them. Wish they had a remote but since I have 4 I like that they are hard wired.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not enough airflow I’ve had this fan installed for a full season and I’m looking to replace it. It doesn’t move enough air for my use. I wish they would measure and provide the Cfm rate, but I bet if they did it wouldn’t sell

what size room/area is this fan best suited for? We have a space which is 12' x 16' with 10 foot ceilings.

Does the fan adjust up and down and also left and right? Once adjusted does it stay fixed when on or does it have an option to rotate left to right? How far up on the wall can it be place without hitting the ceiling?

Hello, Yes this fan can be adjusted to move up and down as well as oscillate. Once you have it in your desired position you can lock it into place. THX

Does this fan plug in or does it get hard wired?  If it does plug in how long is the cord and is it a 3 prong chord?
