Bright Blue Light
I had to cover the light with blue painter's tape because of the obnoxious blue light emanating from this unit. I had no idea there was a light, and it's the exact type and color of light that disturbs sleep, from across the room. Hate this thing and will have my electrician remove it the next time he's here. Also I have found that it does not play nice in the sandbox with my remote control that came with the fan. I wish I'd never bought this device.

When it works, it's fine.
The only buttons that actually do what they are supposed to do are the fan speeds. The others are a shot in the dark. Spent 30 minutes one night just trying the get the fan light off without turning the actual fan off. Shut the main switch off 5 times then somehow it just turned off. Have spent my life around technology, which comes very easy to me, and this thing generates magic.

Buttons are really small
An electrician installed several of these in my home for my ceiling fans with lights. The buttons are so small and close together it's really hard to select a speed for the fan and the light button is horribly small. You have to push in the top little button to dim your light (it's the size of a baby aspirin). I have to use the eraser part of a pencil to hold it in.

Easy Peasy Remote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this wall remote because I knew the kids would lose the wireless remote for the fan. The wall remote was easy to install and easy to operate. Strongly recommend you purchase a wall remote with your fan.

Super Wall Controls
We have used Minka fans in three homes and always get the wall controls......we have discovered that over the years, the remotes seems to disappear or get mixed up. Wall units are the way to go........so easy and they never go astray!! They work very well.

Better than the remote
Clever design that fits in a standard switch plate. Way better than having a loose remote control lying around the house. Does require some wiring from the fan which I did myself but for which others may prefer to hire a professional.

Like switch but not the blue light
I like the wall mount capability and also like the fact that I can still use a remote as well. The negative of this is that when the power to the switch is turned on there is a blue light that I do not care for.

Yes, these types of wall controls will control multiple ceiling fans. There are however, no wall controls that will control multiple ceiling fans with lights. Please contact our Customer Care Department for further assistance.
