Hello, Are the crystals removable? If so, will the hooks (or whatever the crystals are attached to now) be visible?

I have three of these light fixtures, and I do love the relatively minimal crystal embellishment. That said, I believe you could easily dispense with them. I did not do the install, but I am pretty certain they had to be added. So, just skip that, obviously. I do not think the lack of the crystals would be noticeable, the connection is very small.
