What does prepasted mean? Does one still need to use wallpaper paste too?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Prepasted Wallpaper means there is paste on the back of the wallpaper. The wallpaper needs to dip in water and booked (put wallpaper back-to-back) to activate the paste. The times on dipping the wallpaper and booking are on the hanging instructions on the back of the label.
