One was in a bathroom that had a low ceiling. The shape and clear glass made this a perfect fit to provide ample lighting. The other applications was on a decorative tin ceiling. I did not want to cover up the ceiling and the clear glass allowed me to use this fixture and not cover hide any of the ceiling.

I was worried to spend the money, but so glad I did. The bronze matches my hardware perfectly and the seeded glass is perfect. I have had many people comment on how great it looks in our new kitchen.
