Is the 33" height including the chain or is that the height of the shade itseld?

This One-Light Pendant measures 33” inch in height and it comes supplied with 10' feet of chain for hanging height adjustment.

I have an 11’ ceiling. Specs say 33” for the height. Can height be added for placing this light over a table or island?
