I'm not sure how to interpret your measurements.     How far from my ceiling will the light fall?    3 and a half inches doesn't seem right.

This Pendant comes with 6 feet of cables for hanging. So, the overall hanging height will be 72 inches. You can adjust the hanging height as per your requirement.
