Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice lamps, disappointed in customer service These lamps are really nice. They do have a blue tint to them but work well with celadon green colors. Shipping was very fast. One of the boxes was a bit damaged but the lamp was fine. The harp and finial were missing though. I guess it had come out the hold in the box. I contacted twice regarding this and they said they reached out to their vendor to ship me another harp and finial. This was before Christmas and I have heard nothing. I finally gave up and purchased a harp and two matching finials. As much as I like the lamps I was disappointed in this part of their customer service.
