These lanterns are just what I was looking for and very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they don't look as silver as I pictured, more black.

The pictures make it look like this light has more of a gold finish, but the "silver leaf" color descriptor makes me question what I am seeing. In person, is this more of a gold finish or a silver finish?
It is silver. The gold image is not an accurate reflection of what this item looks like. I wish it looked like the gold as it is pictured as, but it is an antique-looking silver finish.

If it is a three light fixture, then why does the picture show four lights?

Is this fixture really only 9" high? From the bottom to the top of.....? Also, can it be convertible, meaning attached without the chain close to the ceiling?
Sorry for any confusion. The fixture measures 15.5" height. And this Pendant could not be mounted without the hanging chain.
