Where does it mount to the junction box?  At the top - the middle - or the bottom?  Need to know specifics

This Fixture features a 6.88” inch Square backplate at the bottom. The backplate Center of Box to Top measure 9.63” inch and the backplate Center of Box to Bottom measures 6.63” inch.
