Will this fixture work with 12 ft ceilings above an island?

Yes I think this fixture would work nicely over an island. Especially if you did 2 or 3 fixtures. I put one up on a high ceiling over the steps. I also used a new type filament bulb.

Have you mixed this light with stainless appliances, brushed nickel faucets and cabinet hardware, white cabinets with glass that is seeded like the lights . Stools have brushed nickel legs. Would love a picture
