Description
- This cordless picture light outshines any others. It is bright, dimmable, has over 100 hours of battery life, and is even remote controlled!
- Best used for pictures up to 3 feet wide, it is designed to be safe for artwork, and radiates no UV light and minimal heat.
- Alkaline batteries will provide over 100 hours of life on brightest setting, and up to 150 hours of total operation under realistic conditions of 4-5 hours at a time.
- A remote control with dimming is included that can be used for multiple fixtures.
- This picture light provides an unparalleled warm white color temperature and superior dispersion of light as compared to traditional LED’s for a warm, even glow over artwork. The LEDs use an advanced solid state circuit with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation).
- Product is primarily constructed using metal, but plastic is used for battery cover for easy, drop-in installation.
- 4 "D" size and 2 “AAA” size batteries are required and not included.
- It can be frame or wall mounted for easy installation.
- LED Bulb is included.

Bought 2, one for us and one as a gift. Our giftees and us are so happy with these lights. They were easily installed on high quality framed artworks. They dim as directions indicate and they are reasonably priced. Recommend for artwork that does not currently have specifically dedicated lighting. And love that there are no wires!

This is an excellent LED light for hung large pictures or paintings with a remote control and battery operation. The lignt has the option of attaching to the back of the picture frame or on the wall.

I absolutely love the light! It is definitely well made item. Installation was a zip, quick, easy, without a lot of fuss! The dimmer is an added plus! Will purchase another, for next painting! :)

Cordless picture light with remote
The Good: Good price. Easy to install on the frame of my picture.. Has 5 different brightness settings. Has a remote. No wires.
The Not-So-Good: As others have mentioned...doesn't light up my 36" picture very well at the ends of the picture. Lights up the center of the picture nicely though. If not for this, I would give it 4 stars instead of 3.

Lighting for oil paintings
I love this light. It's just what I needed to show off my beautiful oil painting above my fireplace. The remote is great too and works perfectly. I am very happy with it. If I had one small complaint, it would be, I wish it was a touch brighter, but that's all.

My painting is 44 inches is this size appropiate
In my opinion NO. I have fours of these LED lights and they are great. I have a painting about 48 inch long and I had to use two (2) 10 watt halogen lights to illuminate the picture. If you send me your e-mail address I will send you pictures of this large painting with the lights on and off.

If you purchase several of these wireless picture frame lights, will they all work from the same remote ? Do I have to use different remotes for each ? I have about 8 pieces of art that will be in one room ? Thanks
I am not sure but i believe that if you purchase all eight the same model number at the same time one remote should work all one at a time.

I have a units in black and brass. I have different size units. Some take four (4) D cell batteries and some take three (3) D cell batteries, so they are different length.

Do the batteries drain quickly or last for 1---150 hours?
I have this product and obviously a hardwired set-up would be preferable, when thinking about battery life. I do not use the light on a regular basis for that reason, but rather when people come over or when hosting at my house. I just invested in rechargeable batteries and just charge them as needed. But more specifically, I know batteries will last longer than 8 hours, just not how much longer.

What does "silver under tone" mean? Does silver come through as part of the finish, or is silver the color of the liner around the bulb?
