Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inspect closely ASA; doesn't take globe bulbs Unit came with a slight amount of damage / manufacturer defect, which I only realized when I pulled it out completely. One side edge seam was not fully formed correctly or took a hit prior to packaging; there is a splayed corner along the round of cut metal (about as wide as the width of my thumb). While it's subtle, it's quite visible to me. Since I only realized this mid-project, I opted to install rather than retreat for another day. G60 bulbs though stick out quite a bit. One other observation which I had not realized when purchasing is that this unit is not supposed to take globe bulbs, but rather comes with that globe glass and you're supposed to stick a normal-shaped bulb (or perhaps a smaller one) inside the globe. I opted to ditch the glass bulb shades since I had bought all these globe bulbs, and snipped the underwire that would have held those glass shades in place.
