What is the difference between this light and 1518015 and I have also seen this exact light on another site and they claim it is 261/2 inches could you please verify  which width is correct

Hi Tracy. Thanks for your questions... there is no difference between the 2 fixtures.. it is listed twice to show that the fixture can be hung as either a semi flush mount or a chandelier. The dimensions are 24 x 16 as stated.
