Rated 5 out of 5 by Angel G from An elegant 5 light brushed nickel chandelier [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Designers Fountain Bronson 5-Light Brushed Nickel Transitional Chandelier by Designers Fountain last month and I am very happy with it. The installation instructions are easy to understand and follow however I needed help as my wrist strength is very low and even a little over 9 lbs feels very heavy fast when held overhead. This chandelier looks very elegant and I love the frosted, flower shaped light shades. It suggests using 60 watt bulbs which were not included but you can save power by putting LED bulbs in there instead. I definitely recommend getting this for your dining room or entryway.

I seen this black chandelier that was like the one that was in side the house when we purchased the house. I loved everything but the color of my old chandelier. So when I seen this one I had to get it. All together it took me and my husband about one hour but we never put anything up before. So it may not take as long for others. Instructions was great and so where the people who had the house before everything was labeled. Yes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved in here there were ceiling fan lights in almost every room, which are fine- but I grew tired of dusting them, and honestly just tired of looking at them. So we got this matte black chandelier, and it completely changed the look of my dining room! I love it, it shines in all the right places, and it blends perfectly with everything else. Everyone that comes over to visit compliments this light. I could not be more happy with how it transformed the entire room.

Now that it's installed, however, my opinion has changed. We swapped out a 3 bulb fixture for this one and the difference in the room is STAGGERING. it's a beautiful fixture, sleek and modern design. Seems well constructed. I want to get another for our living room. Big recommend.

The frosted glass shades are a nice weight. The cord is silverish clear, so it really blends well. This is a modern yet classic style that will be a nice update to the lighting above my round breakfast table. It's the perfect size for that purpose too.

The 5 lights that it has makes it very bright and easy to see. I have received a lot of compliments on it as well. It is made very well with great quality. The directions really aren’t very good though. It says 60 watt bulbs, but I should have used 15 watt because it’s extremely bright. I of the lamp covers was cracked, but not very noticeable once hung. I’m very happy with it.
