Rated 4 out of 5 by Robert from Almost perfectly matches our needs. We use 2 of them over our bed for individualized reading by my wife and me. The ability to move the arm both up and down and side to side, and to then lock it in place is very useful. We also like the appearance of the lamp, and find that it throws a good cone of light. The only negative - really just the lack of a further positive - is that it would be even better in terms of placement if it had a universal joint allowing rotation in a third plane. I gave it a 4 vs a 5 to indicate it's not perfect, but if there were a more complete rating scale, I'd probably give it at least a 4-1/2.
