The finish is a magnificent shade of black that screams elegance. Definitely a high class piece that gives me confidence that it will be long lasting. I love the satin etched glass globes and the bronzie finish. The directions for both putting it together and installation were very easy to follow and after an hour we had it hung. Great quality and beauty
